How to return:
1. Write us an email explaining the kind of defect the product has and providing us your order number.
2. Please select the return option which is most convenient for you.
3. Download the pre-paid label. Please package your return carefully and attach the label on your package.
4. Drop the parcel off at the indicated drop off point. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for proof of postage.
5. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
