Order conditions
The selected product is prepared for shipment at the IAMMI atelier on Wednesdays. Orders for in-stock products placed by 3:00 PM on Tuesday are included in Wednesday’s shipment.
Please note that these times are estimates and exclude the following public holidays: January 1 and 6, March 12, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Whit Monday, August 15, November 1 and 20, and December 6, 8, and 23–27.
Shipment
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within the EU: 2–3 working days
Outside the EU: 7–10 working days
Please note that these times are calculated from the moment the order is shipped and are always approximate. A shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, will be sent once the parcel leaves our atelier and is in the courier’s possession.
