SHIPPING POLICY

 

Although we usually have a stock, we might have to manufacture what you ordered specifically and shipping might be delayed, up to one week after your order is placed. If this is the case, we shall contact you and inform you about the situation as soon as we can.

All orders within the EU are free of import/customs duties and taxes.

For all other international orders, import/customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping costs. When you place your order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes charged by your country of destination. Unfortunately we are unable to cover these costs for you. If you wish to receive more detailed information, please check with your national customs office before purchasing.

It is your responsibility to fill the correct shipping address and arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. Orders rejected by recipient or returned-to-sender will be subject to re-delivery fees and brokerage fees. Refunds will not be granted.

Important information about order reception:

All our items are shipped with the packaging in perfect condition. If there are any external damages or anomalies in the packaging upon delivery, you must make a note on the delivery receipt or proof of delivery indicating "DAMAGED PACKAGING." This is essential for us to address any claims arising during transportation.

We would like to remind you that you have 48 hours from the receipt of the order to report any incidents (breakage, product error, missing parts, etc.).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hi@iammistudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your country of residence is not Italy, shipping times for returning goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
 

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The corresponding amount of shipping cost will be deducted once the return request is processed.

 

Please note that the shipping cost does not include local import taxes for shipments to countries outside the European Union. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and not the brand. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

 

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

IAMMI offers fourteen calendar days from the delivery date to ask for a refund or a store credit. Please keep in mind that returns have a cost.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in IAMMI. The hereby document holds the conditions under which the use of this website is regulated. Terms and conditions apply, on the one hand, to IAMMI and, on the other, to the person/s whom acquire through our website any product.

 

IAMMI reserves the right to revise and modify the hereby conditions at any moment, therefore the buyer must always read them before placing an order.

The Order

All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, IAMMI will inform in short notice and buyer will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.

N.B: It is not possible to cancel a pre-order because they are made on specific orders.

 

 

To place an order, the buyer will have to use the purchase online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order (Order Confirmation).

 

IAMMI reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.

 

Prices & Payment

All prices indicated in this website are in Euros and include VAT, if applicable.

 

Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on item and delivery location. They are calculated automatically at our e-shop.
